so we can all share in a productive and collegial program.


The Basics for Everyone:

  • Respect your hosts

  • Respect your facilitators

  • Respect your colleagues

  • Respect the program

  • Respect the agenda


Responsibilities:

  • Attend the sessions

  • Be prepared - Read the materials, check the wiki, do your homework

  • Be on time

  • Contribute - Share your thoughts, opinions and ideas, participate in the discussions

  • Be Present – No side conversations, phone calls or texting during the meetings - turn your equipment off!

  • Be Polite – Listen with an open mind, disagree with respect, don’t interrupt or talk over each other, never make a personal attack

  • Stay positive – make constructive comments, be respectful in on-line discussions

  • Be Focused - follow the agenda, stay within the time limits

  • Complete the surveys
