ePortfoliosThis is a featured page

An ePortfolio is a digital collection of one's learning achievements. The portfolio can contain one's writings, documentation of projects or presentations, videos, photos or other media, almost anything that illustrates your learning journey. An important aspect of the portfolio is the opportunity to add your own reflections on the work, as well as comments and evaluations from peers and educators. The ePortfolio can expand and elaborate on the information in your resumé.

An ePortfolio can serve a number of functions, and one person may have multiple ePortfolios for different uses.

It can be a learning tool, documenting one's progress and reflecting on one's personal development. This may be through a particular educational experience, such as a course, or a more on-going project of life-long learning.

It can serve as a digital resumé, showcasing the best examples of one's work, supplementing a paper resumé with more in-depth material, images, video or audio, and personal accomplishments or interests. Here is an example of an ePortfolio.
